___  Put ID tags on all animals.

___  Make sure there is plenty of food, treats, kitty litter, etc.  If you need any of these items please let me know prior to the visit.

___  Show me where the leashes, collars and carriers are kept.

___  Check that outdoor pets have a secure yard, plenty of water and some shade.

___  Leave toys and bedding out for your pets comfort.

___  Make sure all medications are filled.

___  If your pet has a medical condition, please give my name to your vet in advance.

___  Make sure you fill out the veterinary release form in case of an emergency.

___  Let me know of anything out of the ordinary in your home, such as sinks that don't drain properly.

___  Set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature for your pets.

___  Please let me know of any humans will be home during visits.  For safety reasons, I will not enter if someone is inside.

___  Please put away potentially hazardous decorations or plants.

___  If you rent, please give your lanlord my name in case of emergency.

___  Make sure you have my contact card with you.
